Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains how Woody's Tobacco Shop ("we", "us") handles information on www.woodystobaccoshop.com (the "Site").
Information we collect
This Site has no accounts, sign-ups or checkout. We do not collect personal information through the Site itself.
- Age confirmation: when you confirm you are 21+, your browser stores a small note (in "localStorage") so you aren't asked again. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Email: if you email us or use the contact form (which opens your own email app), we receive what you send and use it only to reply.
- Maps: store pages show embedded Google Maps. Google may collect data under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting logs: our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and performance.
Online orders
The "Order Online" button takes you to our shop on Saucey (direct.saucey.com), a third-party service. Orders, payments, delivery and ID checks there are handled by Saucey under its own terms and privacy policy.
In-store purchases
We check a valid photo ID for every purchase to confirm you are 21 or older.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
Children
This Site is intended only for adults 21 and older.
